They guys working in the front were more than helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. I even asked a question about a dealership to get some work done from a recall on my vehicle and they were more than happy to oblige information!! I will be going back to see those guys!!! Excellent work and for things done fast!!!

I went into store 2 hours before closing time. The staff did not hesitate to take me and I had brake problems which was nothing minor. The staff jumped right on my car and ordered my parts. They had to stay open 30 minutes past closing but didn’t seem to bother them. The staff was pleasant and professional. Being a lady age 76 by herself felt I had come to the right place.

Although I was not greeted at my vehicle I was greeted inside the facility by a nice young man who was respectful and kind.

When my special ordered tires came in they called me and I was able to immediately come in. They got in and out with no issues.

We had a synthetic blend oil change for $19.95...can't beat that!

I had a flat tire on 12-05-23. Had roadside assistance come out to change flat and put on spare. I was very frustrated about the situation, and knew when I walked in to Big O, I would be treated very well, and I was right. When I walked in, I was greeted by Seth, Marcus and Randy. I was greeted with friendly, and very professional guys. I explained my situation and Marcus said they’d take very good care of me, and they did. Marcus took my keys and brought the flat into the garage work area. He came in and had me come out to look at the tire. There were 3 nails in it and 2 were repairable but the 3rd was right along the edge. I had to buy a new tire. Fortunately my tires were still under warranty from when I purchased them in 2021. All I had to pay for was mounting and a new warranty for the new tire. I was in the store for less than an hour. Seth, Marcus and Randy provided excellent customer service. To the managers/owners, these guys made my day much better, and I hope they will be recognized for it. Thank you so much. Larry Magnus

the staff was responsive and helped me with all my random questions. while i waited i saw the list of available services and remembered i hadn't had my cabin air filter checked in a long time. they were willing and able to add it on at the last minute and get it switched out. They did a good job of assessing my needs and assuring me of the status of my car

In and out that's what a tire shop is all about and I will recommend this to all my friends

From the start of my call, the gentleman that answered was very helpful until the end of my service. Everyone there was personable and professional as well as skilled at they duties. I will definitely return in the future because if the wonderful experience and friendliness of the staff as well as knowledgeable.

Had a spare on the car and they ordered a new tire and I came back and they put the new tire on. Quick and efficient.

Seth Mills helped us through the whole process and was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us.

They were amazing over the phone and very friendly staff! We had to wait way longer then expected which was upsetting so Brian(sp) was super awesome and took very good care of us for the inconvenience.

I like the tires and the location. I also really liked the young Woman Vee (?) who helped me two of the times I came in.
