Jonathan was awesome!! I had a flat while in town for a convention. I came to this Big O because it was only a mile away, and so glad I did! Jonathan showed me the issue with my tire, fixed me up and I was back at the convention in about an hour :-) and most importantly, was able to make the 4 hour drive home! Thank you guys so much for saving my day!!

Great friendly staff walked me through what was going on with the tires

Mason Hayes provided a good service, was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the crew member who put on the tires was the first person I met and filled the tire I planned to keep before he knew I would be buying some. He also checked the tires before I went inside.

The crew on staff Sunday 03/15/20 went out of their way to make sure my car stayed on the road. One top of that, the special order tires I needed came in the very next day so I was able to get back in the shop and get them mounted quickly, painlessly and for a fair price. They are honest enough to tell me when it's not time yet to change that air filter, or replace those tires. They treat me like a friend or big brother that helps me keep my vehicles in good shape.
