Mason Hayes provided a good service, was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the crew member who put on the tires was the first person I met and filled the tire I planned to keep before he knew I would be buying some. He also checked the tires before I went inside.

I started going to Big-O Tires for almost everything to do with my automobiles because they are reliable, knowledgeable, and have the uncanny ability to only fix things that are causing problems. They are honest enough to tell me when it's not time yet to change that air filter, or replace those tires. They treat me like a friend or big brother that helps me keep my vehicles in good shape.

Mason and his amazing crew helped me out! I came in after I just landed immediately from the airport and went straight over to this Big O store. My car was shaking so bad. I knew something was majorly wrong. One of Mason’s crew members immediately got my car into the shop and do all the checks. They found that all 4 tires were over 5 years old and they were starting to separate. They also let me know about my coolant level was very low. I asked to have all 4 tires replaced and they told me they will top off my coolant. Mason drove over 15 minutes away to the factory to pickup 3 tires that we needed. When he got there they only had 1 tire. Even though the inventory said there was 3. He brought back the 1 and brought it back to his mechanic to put on my car. The mechanic put the 2 bra new tires on the front. They even balanced and filled the back 2 tires with air. They made sure that the car was ready to drive safely on the freeway!!! Mason and his team are amazing at their jobs! They truly care about their customer.

The crew on staff Sunday 03/15/20 went out of their way to make sure my car stayed on the road. One top of that, the special order tires I needed came in the very next day so I was able to get back in the shop and get them mounted quickly, painlessly and for a fair price. Thank you very much Big O Tires!!
