KJ and the other mechanics were wonderful. The Hispanic man was great. I didn't get his name. I didn't want to or expect to pay that much but I was there, they could get the parts and get it done so I went ahead with the repairs. I knew it needed some things just not all of that. But now I can drive to Phoenix by myself and feel safe. Thank you.

They got everything right the first time. We were in the middle of a trip so no time to waste and they didn't. Very competent technician who gained our trust quickly.

They were quick to get us in and get us out and they were able to accommodate my hectic schedule.

We were just leaving town on Memorial Day and noticed we had a flat. Called the guys at Big O and they directed us over. They repaired the puncture in about 15 minutes at no charge. After a quick handshake and a smile we were back on the road. We were super impressed with the fast friendly service.

I received good customer service

My last two experiences have been phenomenal for two reasons. Great servicing of my car and exceptional customer service. The associate understood I wanted to get the best service for my car without spending an arm and a leg and he really exceeded my expectations in accomplishing those goals. I am from out of State and the service gave me confidence to return and know I have a place for my car to be repaired!

They tried to save me as much money as they could and weren’t pushy or trying to make me purchase more than I needed like other shops do. Great service, very friendly and quick!

I have had my cars taken care of at bigo for more than 30 years and they always given me good service. About a year ago l had my brakes done. But in about three weeks they started grinding and sqeeking so l went back. They found that the wrong pads were put on. So they ordered the right ones and fixed them right away. They apologized for the mistake. They have always been curtious and friendly. I well always be a bigo customer.

Brandon was amazing and extremely helpful from my phone call in the morning to picking up my car. He gave me an honest and transparent assessment and was the kindest person to deal with after going through so many headaches over the weekend.

Went into Big-O to get my parents cars oil changed. Everyone was so nice, especially Dave at the front. They took care of it and are super friendly. I talked to him about my car and how I was having some issues. He encouraged me to bring it in. Later that day I brought my car in, told them the issues I was having and Alex checked it out for me. Told me exactly what was wrong, even took me out to my car and showed me everything and explained it to me. He was being totally honest with me, I feel like. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. I'm so happy with my experience with them. I'll keep coming back here because of the amazing people.

Friendly associates, fast seevice

I didn't want to deal with getting new tires, I'm super busy with work and packing cuz I'm moving in a couple weeks. But I knew I had to. In one hour, my car was checked out, 4 new tires, a good price, AND they found a couple other little things like super nasty filters and changed those out for me too. They were friendly, fast, and helpful.

The manager Eric was extremely helpful and friendly when we arrived. Made sure we understand our options.
