Nice people

I had a slow leak on the driver side rear tire. I explained to the Rep. who helped me and explained I purchased four new tires at the Pecos location, but I really didn't trust anyone at that location because I felt I've been burned. The Rep. asked me if I had insurance on the tires and explained I didn't, so I was waiting for my tired to be fixed and was more then happy to pay, but once the tire was fixed the Rep. told me "it's all good" and I didn't have to pay. Wow! I will be going to this location for all my tires from this point forward, the best service ever!

I was very happy with the service, but surprised that alignment didn't come free with the buying of 4 tires. Still great service.

Everyone was helpful and they took care of me right away. It was a great experience because I was in the middle of my workday and needed to get this taken care of ASAP.

These guys are great. Every time my low tire light comes on I drive in and they immediately check it for me. This time I needed new tires so I knew where to go. They hurried out and offered an air check and I was happy to tell them to put on a set of tires instead. Glad to give them the business.

I only waited about 35minutes for the oil change. Staff was very attnetive and nice. Their system kept messing up but that was the only delay

My initial visit to Big O was a totally dead Big O battery. I called ahead spoke with Tyler who was very professional but also very personal with my situation. I also said I needed my Big O tires rotated and balanced and oil change and he said no problem we can do it all today. In the process he explained other services that should be done which I was aware of so I had it completed. Another great part of his service is he let my friend bring in her car for oil change, tire rotation and also do some additional maintenance and honored my coupons. Excellent service tech also Toro. Very polite and worked very clean on the interior. I have used Big O for 30 + years and send many. Thank you, looking forward for a continued relationship.

The gentleman was very polite and helpful and nice talked me through the entire procedure and was very helpful and definitely would recommend this location to people I know
