Big O Tires

I was in need of a new car battery. Manager had quoted me a price at my earlier visit. I dropped in an the service took less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

We had a blow out on our boat trailer, they had our tires in stock , went to work on it in a quick and efficient manner. The guys were friendly and really made you feel welcome

Dezzy did a great job solving my issue with a damage tire and finding a replacement and getting me into the store for service and replacement.

I had conversations with all of the front associates. Rich (New associate) was very polite and made me feel confident to go ahead with the service. I didn’t catch the other associates names but the worked together to ensure that they provided premium service. Thank you.

They were very understanding of my situation especially I needed to get to work on time and my tire needed to be repaired immediately the service was excellent everyone was communicating with each other on a timely basis on how they could get my tire replaced quickly as possible the gentleman who did my tire was someone from the Virgin Islands Islands and was very much careful and quick with the service I was told of other situations that was needed to be taken care of with the vehicle and later on I received a call from the department on what I need to do to get the rest of the vehicle taking care of it was wonderful thank you so much I rate your company 100% Plus. And I will return to take care of whatever else needs to be repaired.
