I WAS ALWAYS A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS WITH SEARS BUT THE LAST FEW TIMES I WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. STOPPED IN TO BIG O TIRE FOR A MINOR ISSUE AND NOW I WILL ALWAYS BE COMING THERE. 100% SATISFIED.

Very respectful staff which was very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the process in which that I had done along with being able to explain various other questions that I needed answers to for my future visits. Overall it was well worth the trip and money.

I walked in to an extremely busy shop and was helped by a young man named don or John. I am looking for my receipt to get the name right. Had a large beard. Anyway I had an unusual request for tires, particular brand and size and I needed them checked into a flight to rural Alaska. This young man went above and beyond helping me out all while working on cars, answering the phone and working on cars. His help was greatly appreciated. I am a small business owner and I wish I could send my guys to your shop and show them how to work hard and treat customers correctly. Good job!! I wish I could remember his correct name.

I was in LV for a concert and as I was preparing to head back home, I realized my tire pressure light was on. The tire tech at Big O found a bolt in my tire and repaired my tire. The counter technicians were also very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Was met by the store manager (James Parcells) who greeted me took my keys and got my car repair going. Very efficient and likable. I trusted my car to him and he delivered.

I appreciate the honesty of your staff, esp Jason. I needed a replacement tire, and he could have given me a cheaper tire. But he told me he did not have the tire in stock and would call Boulder City to send one over and called me the next day to get it mounted.

Every thing explained include wait time. Better value that Pep Boys for wheel alignment. If I need it again, no problem returning to this store.
