Big O Tires

I like the service and that the work I needed some on my truck was done on the time I was told it would be done

My tire light came on and I was afraid that I would have a flat. The traffic was very heavy. I was very greatful that they were still opened and so willing to help me.

in question no. 3 none of those were offered to me, but in general everything is perfect with a friendly approach. in question no. 4 I don't know which one is the highest is it 1 or 5 . if one is the highest its one, if 5 is the highest then its 5.

I called and the gentleman (David) that answered was SUPER enthusiastic! He immoderately answered my questions with ease and I immediately felt welcomed and cared for. I headed to the front desk and Mike/mod greeted me w/a kind smile (I can see his eyes w/mask on). David explained and walked me to the sitting area to wait. I had just been to my Nissan Dealer where I purchased my car and was treated NOTHING like here. I will MOST DEFIANTLY come back here for ANY future service! Great team of workers!!

I thank my brother the most for recommending me to this place. He works for the sister company in Tampa Florida and told me they are great people to work for and great place to get your services done. Jason was as perfect as they come in regards to explaining the problems I was having with my car, what to look for when it happens again, recommending the right services so I don't get ripped off, and just being able to trust him after just meeting him. I refuse to do business with pep boys anymore since all they care to do is get money instead of helping you learn how to take care of your car and becoming a loyal customer and always coming back when it's time for something to get serviced. Even though I only got an oil change I will be getting my rotors and brakes done this week. Again I thank Jason and his staff for the effort,time, patience, and commitment to making customers like us to want to keep doing business with Big O Tires.

Store manager was highly informative & pleasant. Explained the time wait and explained what was being or going to be done.

Was able to get the tires I needed within a week including shipping and installation took less than 3 hours including a oil change

I had taken my Toyota to the local dealership in Henderson due to a slow leak. Findlay Toyota couldn't find the leak so we took it to Big-O and they found the nail in the tire. Thanks to Danny Huff, Service Manager at this location

My tire blew out in las vegas. I live in Idaho and I was on my way home. It was a very terrifying experience but they were able to help me at the perfect time and they were extremely patient with me during my panic attack. I will forever be thankful of them for helping me.

There’s no waiting even if I was a walk in customer, excellent customer service by Richard, answers all my questions, he mentioned that waiting will be between 30- 45 minutes, it was worth of wait, excellent job by their auto mechanic assigned to my car, I will b coming back to get my tires done… thanks Big O’ Tires team!!!
