Big O Tires

I've been to the Maryland Pkwy store a few times for tires and the guys do a great job at a fair price. This visit I went in because I had the check engine light on. I had a diagnostic run and it was determined to be a oil pressure switch. They explained to me it was covered under warrantee. They saved me $250. I truly appreciate the honesty of Big O Tires workers. Thanks!

i am satisfied with the service but i am not satisfied with the tires i am losing about 4 mpg compared to my old tires

I was visiting Vegas and had a flat. I took it to Big O tires and they were going to repair it but found the tread was separating and so I needed a new tire and they had what I needed and it was 4 dollars cheaper then the quote. They were very friendly and did a great job

Yesterday a perfect experience Staff were effective and efficient and worked speedily.-This branch has definitely improved in the last 3 months A replacement TV in the waiting would my only criticism-not that important but useful for patrons while they’re waiting-The last broke over a year ago and never replaced

I was happy to be back for service , however...I was very disappointed to pay $97 for brakes fluids when only less then a month ago I paid $80 for an oil change and none of that was mentioned to me as you "offer"� all to be checked and refill at normal oil change in which you guys charge $30 more then any place at the city , I am happy to pay for that but not twice.

I didn’t have an appointment as it was an issue I just discovered. I was greeted immediately and described my issue it was written up quickly and I was given an estimated time to be done. I was kept informed during the repair and actually completed early. They also did an entire check and fluids and brought to my attention 2 things I will address after the holidays at this location.

Friendly efficient service. Greg fixed our tire, wish I knew gentleman who greeted us. Both were very helpful and got us on our way home to Idaho in less than 20 minutes.

Your systems were Down and still received excellent service guys up front were calm and collected help me out with a smile but... I did not revive a receipt got me back on the road and back to the strip thx ps I lost lol

Experience was okay, pricing was different than quote from website, no explanation of charges, just given total due. Asked for oil change also and they just said “ok” and gave me a price. I was never given a call when my car was ready. I called at end of the day (dropped my car off at opening) and after holding for 5 minutes they said I could pick it up.
