Big O Tires

When I went to get the new tire they treated me very well you're very knowledgeable and very nice very courteous and since I was there I decided to get an oil change unfortunately I had to bring my vehicle back yesterday since oil was leaking every where I parked not just a little a lot. Had to wait about an hour for them to fix what happened I had to clean out the top part of my engine in the bottom empty it put in the new gasket and oil and now I'm hoping that that's the last man to go back before it's time again.

I had a tire blow out on a vegas trip last weekend. The staff was friendly and speedy! I would definitely recommend Big O Tires.

The staff introduced themselves prior to discussing my service appointment with me. Then they started on my car right away. After that they processed my payment quickly.

Everything is going well then expected. Good deal.

I was told exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and the pricing. I was allowed to choose what I wanted fixed right away and what I would fix later.

James is a fabulous store manager, and his managerial leadership shows in each auto mechanic at Big O, on Maryland Parkway ... he's respectful to each and every customer who walks through the door, as well as on the telephone ... Kelly Hubbs helped me on this occasion, and again, superior and knowledgeable customer service ... Ron worked on my 2006 Honda Accord, and I shook his hand afterwards, as I normally do, for applying his thorough expertise to my car ... I'm lucky I found these guys, they're all high quality ... thanks again, Big O.

Good work, but mechanic charge too much
