Fast and great

Mason and his amazing crew helped me out! I came in after I just landed immediately from the airport and went straight over to this Big O store. My car was shaking so bad. I knew something was majorly wrong. One of Mason’s crew members immediately got my car into the shop and do all the checks. They found that all 4 tires were over 5 years old and they were starting to separate. They also let me know about my coolant level was very low. I asked to have all 4 tires replaced and they told me they will top off my coolant. Mason drove over 15 minutes away to the factory to pickup 3 tires that we needed. When he got there they only had 1 tire. Even though the inventory said there was 3. He brought back the 1 and brought it back to his mechanic to put on my car. The mechanic put the 2 bra new tires on the front. They even balanced and filled the back 2 tires with air. They made sure that the car was ready to drive safely on the freeway!!! Mason and his team are amazing at their jobs! They truly care about their customer.

Ron was fantastic. Very patient, and beyond helpful. Also James was extremely helpful and courteous.

I consistently visit this location. I reside in the community, and the staff has consistently demonstrated exceptional service.

It's nice to know that it our generation of greed , there's still a Good Samaritan business in existence. Who is not there just for the money, but the care of the community

Knowledgeable manager at the desk, reasonable pricing, prompt service, friendly staff. I'll be back for sure for annual maintenance and other items not handled as well by Firestone.

The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He clearly set the expectations and delivered exactly what was agreed to and was done a little earlier than expected.

FAST, efficient friendly service on a routine oil change. This store always goes above & beyond - checking all fluids, rotating tires and offering a basic check-up as well as the requested oil change. HIghly recommended for any service!
