Big O Tires

Went Saturday 11/7/15 for 4 new tires and oil change. Explained the good tires vs better tires. Only needed good tires. No sales pressure. Was promised vehicle back in 1 1/2 hours and on the dot got call the car was ready.

I shopped around for the right tires for my truck. When I arrived at the shop I was surprised at the advise that was given to me.. also they gave me a ride back home ... very customer friendly.

In addition to fixing the tire problem (under warranty), they identified some quite significant additional items needing attention that the oil change guys (from a different company) who were supposed to do a courtesy check of the car's main systems, missed.So far I've always been treated fairly at Big O tires and trust them with my cars.

I was in there for an alignment a few days ago and I was in and out pretty fast and now my car drives great
