I was very satisfied with my visit to Big O. I made an appointment. Work was done in a timely matter and I was on my way.

The counter person was very helpful and the two technicians working on my vehicle were very friendly and performed the work in a timely manner.

I go to Big O Tire because of the fast service. This time there were many people waiting for the service writer. Took 20 minutes to talk to him and get my car written up. Several of the other employees in the service area were hanging around waiting for him to finish. My oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours.

I had an appointment, but I was late. They still were quick to service me and gave me all the information that needed to be done on my car. I agreed only because I was told the same times by another shop. The work would take about 2 hours and as I debated on walking home the job was done. The wonderful gentlemen at the counter offered me a ride home and back. That was the frosting on the cake for me for customer service. I love a place that puts the customer first. After all its the customer that makes the business! ;0) And the work that was done has been outstanding.. My car drives like its brand new. Thanks Guys

I tried to give 5 stars, but the App would only allow ms to hit 4.5. Brian, our intake specialist was above and beyond expectations. He was engaged, personable, empathetic and knowledgeable. Thank you Brian! What a difference you made!

Basically satisfied with service. But waited much longer than I was told

The guy at the front desk had amazing customer service, but I could tell he did not know much of what he was saying.

I called in advance to see what it was going to cost to have my battery replaced. I was given a quote, but when I arrived there the cost was $60 more, because the quote didn't include the cost of having the battery installed. While I still got the battery done, I would have called around first if I'd known the true cost. I also got a quote for some tires, and the cost reported online was about $453, when installation was added according to the person instore, the cost changed to over $700. Such a price difference is ridiculous. I found the same tires, including instillation for $278 at another store. I don't think I'll be returning to Big O tires simply because of this recurring issue.

I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and James was very knowledgeable and he had a sense of humor. Enjoyed the visit.

The young lady who helped me out (I forgot her name) was fantastic. She explained the processed that needed to happen and how the communication process would flow. Thank you for getting the car in and out on short notice!
