Really fast and friendly service

Big O Tires Friendly and professional. I save money every time I go there I always do a price check and they are the lowest . They always get you back on the road fast and they keep you informed step by step. They always do the job right. They always exceed my expectation, Went in this week for a full synthetic oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes. I took my other car in 3 months ago for a new power steering unit and it was ready in 3 hours and no leaks. This is my go to auto repair place. I was very satisfied with my visit to Big O. I made an appointment. Work was done in a timely matter and I was on my way.

My family and I have use Big O tire for decades. While traveling I found myself in need of auto services. I specifically sought out Big O. My first trip through went poorly. I complained to corporate. I received a prompt telephone call. Corporate was very helpful. My second trip through provided the services I've come to expect from Big O. New store management and service personnel were top notch. I'm totally satisfied with Big O and heartily recommend them for vehicle needs.

I go to Big O Tire because of the fast service. This time there were many people waiting for the service writer. Took 20 minutes to talk to him and get my car written up. Several of the other employees in the service area were hanging around waiting for him to finish. My oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours.

Glad I went there..Will go to Big O Tires next time, too.

I called in advance to see what it was going to cost to have my battery replaced. I was given a quote, but when I arrived there the cost was $60 more, because the quote didn't include the cost of having the battery installed. While I still got the battery done, I would have called around first if I'd known the true cost. I also got a quote for some tires, and the cost reported online was about $453, when installation was added according to the person instore, the cost changed to over $700. Such a price difference is ridiculous. I found the same tires, including instillation for $278 at another store. I don't think I'll be returning to Big O tires simply because of this recurring issue.

The counter person was very helpful and the two technicians working on my vehicle were very friendly and performed the work in a timely manner.

It was just OK.

I had an appointment, but I was late. They still were quick to service me and gave me all the information that needed to be done on my car. I agreed only because I was told the same times by another shop. The work would take about 2 hours and as I debated on walking home the job was done. The wonderful gentlemen at the counter offered me a ride home and back. That was the frosting on the cake for me for customer service. I love a place that puts the customer first. After all its the customer that makes the business! ;0) And the work that was done has been outstanding.. My car drives like its brand new. Thanks Guys
