I talked to Mike on the phone at the Maryland Pkwy, so when I got there, everything was ready to go, and he saved me about 40 bucks, which helped me out tremendously by going with a better but cheaper tire....

I made an appointment online for 1:00pm.. arrived 10 minutes early, yet I waited two hours for an oil change. No complaints about the service itself or staff. I just think if you offer the option to make appointments online they should have some sort of priority. Now I know not to make an appointment online because it wouldnt make a difference.

I am working on the maintenance of my vehicle-- and with everything that I am having done --its all being done within the estimated time frame.

I still smell a little oil but will wait a few days to ascertain if it's just residual from the repair.

James - Store Manager: I just wanted to say that James Store Manager at your Maryland Pkwy & D.I. location is awesome!! It was like 6:05pm the store was closing but he still helped me with my flat tire. He suggested to have it patched since it was repairable instead of buying a new tire that I didn't really have the money for right now. Then 2 days later I got another flat tire and James helped me again. He made sure that I had the right size tire on my front end because they are a different size than my back end.

The guys up front were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were busy, but got my oil changed fairly quickly. They also did an inspection of the car, and explained in detail what was wrong. I will use them again.

My vehicle has Big O Tires and after a long trip of 2,000 miles my tires needed rotated and balanced. Not only the service was quick but, they also checked the vehicle over for wear and tear parts. They gave me a quote and breakdown for future repairs. They went above and beyond than other companies handle business and customers.
