Big O Tires

I've gotten 4 tires on two vehicles the past two months. The guys are very helpful

very courteous and quick as tey were busy as well as I was nervous my Jeep being brand new

This is my 2nd visit to this store and both times they exceeded my expectations, and I am going to become a regular at this store.

Sean the manager was very friendly and helpful at the Maryland Pkwy store Las Vegas. I was there to get my vehicle diagnosed. Brandon was very informative but no exact cause was discovered to my problem.

In todays world real customer service unfortunately seems like something out of the distant past. Gone are the days when businesses seemed to actually appreciate our business and acted as if they are doing us a favor by allowing us spend our money with them. Having said that, it it such a pleasure to run into someone like David Morton who manages BigO on Maryland in Las Vegas. Courtesy, Consideration and Customer Servive are alive and well at David's store and his positive attitude makes you feel your business is sincerely appreciated. I'm glad to have found David and BigO to take care of my cars, and you will too!

I had to replace two tires after running over a piece of metal in a Vegas strip hotel parking garage late Saturday night. I was pleased to find that location was open on Sundays, and the staff at this Big O did their best in locating new tires across town so that we could return home. Well done!

I am a women and I always feel like sometime men get over on you when it comes to cars, but not here they were so friendly helpful , they made sure my wait was not long, I felt really comfortable and taking care of . I would recommend any one to this location my son even got to watch cartoon whirl waiting!!! Great service!!!!

The Big O customer service man was knowledgeable about my Ford's issue with the closer for the trunk, and very helpful in having the work completed.

Hunter was helpful over the phone letting me know he'd work me in on my schedule and when I was in the store he had me in n out quick enough so that I could get back to work on time. He also suggested I get a new set of tires (I do need them for sure) n saved the price he quoted me in the system to use at a big o branch up by my house and also gave me the managers name to ask for if I was to use that branch.

This is the only place that I take my car!

WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE CAR WAS DOING , RIGHT AWAY THE MECHANIC WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE, AFTER A QUICK INSPECTION HE WAS RIGHT ON, THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND MY VEHICLE IS RUNNING MUCH BETTER, I HAVE ALWAYS USED BIG-O, AND WILL CONTINUE TO IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE. ONCE AGAIN THANKS.

They are always great when I go in, but last time I got to witness their compassion and generosity with an elderly lady, that went above and beyond "normal" customer service. Good job guys...good job. :)

Called before I went and he went over the tires wits me. Gave the best advice and the best deal.

The folks at Big O Tires on South Maryland Parkway were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The overall appearance of the store was neat and clean. Maybe the next design there will not be a bathroom door that leads in and out directly from the waiting room. I observed how others were treated and the staff really worked hard to be of service and accommodate customers needs. They appeared to work well together as a team. I have a tendency to have my hairs up when I go into car service places because I don't want to be upsold. I say do the best job you can in what the customer needs. Make professional recommendations from what you have seen and let the customer make the choice. One should never feel like they in a car dealership. If you take care of your customer and stand by your work you will have return customers and new ones as well. It is not all about increasing daily receipts. Short term versus long term. Thank you for your service.

After a life threatening blow out on the highway with my 3 children in the car to Las Vegas, paying $200 for a 7 mile tow and $180 tire in BAKER I was relieved to have Jayson the manager at your store to inspect my tires, balance them and assured me we are safe to drive home...he replaced another tire that was worn due to my lack of alignment...and balance the "baker tire" that was not done because of "no electricity" I was so pleased and taken care of, thanks TO Jayson from myself and children for EXCELLENCE OF SERVICE AND CARING!!
