Big O Tires

Appt was scheduled for 7am. The Service Writer did not get in until 7:15. Got my car in and out so I could make my 9am appt.

The customer service was outstanding. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted. When I went inside to give my give information, once again I was immediately greeted. Got to meet the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Everybody there was full of smiles and was so nice.

Learning to trust BigO with more than just the tires that I purchased from them. Every time I've had an emergency it was fixed within 1 day. That's important to me with only one vehicle it has to be done right.

The customer service was prompt, efficient, and exceeded my overall expectations. Both James Parcells and Gregory Harvey made me feel like a priority with a 15 minute in-and-out time. Well done, Big O Tires!

Jayson welcomed us as we entered the store. He quickly found out what our problem was and addressed it. We needed new tires and needed them quickly. The bid on the first set of tires he suggested was a bit over our budget so he found other options that met our needs. He was able to make a few calls and get our tires to the store and installed within 2.5 hours. We were able to get on our way back home and traveled safely thanks to Jayson and his team. Thanks.

35 a tire for mounting....???? This has nothing to do with the employees or mid management..... You want to make a dent in the INDUSTRY? Drop your over charged mounting. The excuse that your using is Ten years old and so outdated you should consider changing it. Again the store was fast and awesome like always. But your over charges absolute garbage.

What's not to like... The tires are perfect--The price was honest...

We were just leaving town on Memorial Day and noticed we had a flat. Called the guys at Big O and they directed us over. They repaired the puncture in about 15 minutes at no charge. After a quick handshake and a smile we were back on the road. We were super impressed with the fast friendly service.

All was fine.

My last two experiences have been phenomenal for two reasons. Great servicing of my car and exceptional customer service. The associate understood I wanted to get the best service for my car without spending an arm and a leg and he really exceeded my expectations in accomplishing those goals. I am from out of State and the service gave me confidence to return and know I have a place for my car to be repaired!

Work was done and tires bought

I have had my cars taken care of at bigo for more than 30 years and they always given me good service. About a year ago l had my brakes done. But in about three weeks they started grinding and sqeeking so l went back. They found that the wrong pads were put on. So they ordered the right ones and fixed them right away. They apologized for the mistake. They have always been curtious and friendly. I well always be a bigo customer.
