Big O Tires

Went into Big-O to get my parents cars oil changed. Everyone was so nice, especially Dave at the front. They took care of it and are super friendly. I talked to him about my car and how I was having some issues. He encouraged me to bring it in. Later that day I brought my car in, told them the issues I was having and Alex checked it out for me. Told me exactly what was wrong, even took me out to my car and showed me everything and explained it to me. He was being totally honest with me, I feel like. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. I'm so happy with my experience with them. I'll keep coming back here because of the amazing people.

It was nice and easy

I didn't want to deal with getting new tires, I'm super busy with work and packing cuz I'm moving in a couple weeks. But I knew I had to. In one hour, my car was checked out, 4 new tires, a good price, AND they found a couple other little things like super nasty filters and changed those out for me too. They were friendly, fast, and helpful.

Needed one tire due to damage. While not in the shop, Michael was able to locate, literally the only one, Hyfly Vigorous, in the Vegas area and have it delivered. He also call the Redding shop, where I purchased them originally, to see if I had the roadside assistance, alas I did not. He was friendly, knowledgable and moved things along as best he could.

Mark was the man I dealt with personally. He is knowledgeable, explains things well and goes out of his way to make a woman feel could in a Mechanics shop. The only bad things were I kept smelling cigarette smoke in the waiting room area and the trans-gender restroom was very unclean.

Mark was very helpful. He took time to explain things like what the tire protection covers and how to get the service. However did not mention that in two days there will be a sale!which I could have saved paying for 2 tires. Not fair.

KJ and the other mechanics were wonderful. The Hispanic man was great. I didn't get his name. I didn't want to or expect to pay that much but I was there, they could get the parts and get it done so I went ahead with the repairs. I knew it needed some things just not all of that. But now I can drive to Phoenix by myself and feel safe. Thank you.

Jessie & Jay were great! While visiting LV we got my car towed in to Big O, Jessie stayed late to wait for my car to arrive, and called to comfort me. I felt like I was in good hands, Jay had my call fixed an hour sooner then expected, so we got out of town on time. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks Guys! SUSIE

The service was excellent and prices reasonable.

The technician That changed my oil in my car never Checked the oil level to make it wasn't low. He just put what was in the jug started up my car then pulled it out. I had to add a half of court later
