I've been in here multiple times over the past couple months and they've been amazing every time. They've done all that they can to help me, make things affordable and are honest with me. I won't go anywhere else.

It was okay the only thing is they try to sale u stuff you dont need I go for tires 350 bucks I didn't want no dam tire plan for 52 bucks and then say I need 1900 worth of stuff and not everyone is stupid and can do the stuff them self for cheaper then what u guys want that's a rip off let me tell u

Traveling from San Diego to Colorado and picked up a nail on the the interstate. Decided to get 4 tires, alignment and oil change all done in 90 minutes, great price, excellent customer service and back on the road. Thank you

1) My name is spelled incorrectly. I spelled it out for the guy when I bought a battery from your location several months back. 2) My skid plate was not reinstalled OR reinstalled incorrectly and fell off. 3) After the above incompetence, now I'm wondering if full synthetic oil was actually used and if the additive I paid for was added. 4) I'm being treated like an idiot female who knows nothing about vehicles when I brought up my concerns to management. There is a reason I have never trusted mechanics and usually performed my own maintenance in the past. 5) The new tires and struts I was going to have you do? You can forget it. I won't let anyone at your location touch my vehicle again, not even to add air to my tires.

The service at Maryland pkwy store is not what it has been in the past. The old staff was relieable and trustworthy and the new staff doesn't seem the same way.

I came back because my car was leaking oil 3 weeks after I got an oil change and they said it wasn't because of them however when I went to ammco they said big o tires didn't clean my oil filter very well so they had to go back and clean it. Probably won't get another oil change with big o tires now I have to pressure wash my aunts driveway cause they didn't take the time to clean up

In my experience with other mechanic shops, they would nickel and dime you at every turn. Not this place Brandon my mechanic was very informative of what my car needed and gave me a great value. Also, the manager of the store was friendly and was helpful as well in helping me understand what my car needed. Will refer this place to all my friends and family, great shop.

I feel the store lacked customer service and they got oil and grease in the seat of my car. Rather than that it was good

I would highly recommend this store for any service related to tires, wheels, and suspension. Kj ensured the safety of my son, daughter, and grandson with the 22- point inspection, clear and expert evaluation and recommendations, and exceptional professionalism. A+++!

The only reason why I go to a big company like Big O Tires for my car services is because of the credit card I have. I recently messed my right passenger tire and immediately went to Big O Tires on Pecos and Windmill to get a quote on how much it would be to fix this. They quoted me around $600, so I kept this in mind, saved up for two weeks with out having a car, and returned to the Big O Tires on Maryland and Desert Inn to get it fixed because it was a lot closer to drive my unsafe car to from home. They ended up quoting nearly $1200 dollars, and "did there best" to discount it to the bare necessities of a total bill that was about $800. The woman said that she would call to see if they could upper my limit, and I gave her my social and sent her my driver license. I ended up having to call them, and was denied. I ended up agreeing to pay the $800 and was told that my car would be done around 1pm or 2pm. I left work early around 4:30 pm to pick my car up, and it was still not done. When I walked in they told me it would be roughly 45 more minutes, I did not leave until nearly 7pm. On top of that, my car was not aligned , as I paid for , nor did they change the tire, and even though my tire was "fixed" it still makes a loud squeaky noise, that I guess was not covered in the $800 payment for 1 wheel. By this time, Big O Tires is closed, their employees want to leave and so do I, so they tell me to come back Sunday and they will align it because they did not when they were suppose to. I call Sunday, and the woman says, were not staffed enough, how about you bring it in tomorrow. So I call Monday, and they than tell me to come in Tuesday. Keep in mind, I have already paid for an alignment, and my alignment is so bad, that I must turn my steering wheel 180 degrees to drive straight. I was not able to get my car aligned until Wednesday, where I had to argue that it seemed that nobody wanted to take responsibility for a service that I already paid for. I honestly will never come back to this Big o Tires, I felt cheated, lied to, and ripped off. I have got so many services done with Big O from a new alternator to regular oil changes, and I have appreciated the financial opportunities given to maintain my car. If I do come back to this business, or location it will purely be for the diligence of the employee Jay, who took on that responsibility, and who has been so helpful whenever he was available to help me. You need more employees like him.

went in for front end alignment,...still not right. they got grease on my car and on the floor mat. I plan to go to another location to get it redone.

They had my hard to find sized tire and had it delivered and put on within two hours of opening.
