Big O Tires

I feel customer service can be improved. The person that came to the cash register to help me was very intense and sarcastic. He didn't take time out to explain anything except for the money that I owed. I didn't get a smile I didn't get a hello. It seems as if I ask a him a question he got really irritated and replied with a angry sarcastic answer I still don't know what he meant. But the person that worked on my car did a good job.

In my experience with other mechanic shops, they would nickel and dime you at every turn. Not this place Brandon my mechanic was very informative of what my car needed and gave me a great value. Also, the manager of the store was friendly and was helpful as well in helping me understand what my car needed. Will refer this place to all my friends and family, great shop.

Kj is FANTASTIC! He's very professional, thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, and had my son's car back on the road in a few short hours. I would highly recommend this store for any service related to tires, wheels, and suspension. I have a slow leak in my tire or maybe two. I asked if they could check them for me so if needed I could get a tire repair. The man asked well what tires. I said can u check them all please cause I'm unsure. He said well we will just full them all with air if they need it. Not happy with the response I received. When my car was done I checked the air pressure and they were still at the same pressure as when I arrived.

I purchased my tires for my car from your company. I had a nail in my tire and brought it to your shop. I guess I thought your warranty was like Discount Tires (where you don't have to pay for a replacement/balancing/etc) but I did have to pay. Also, they said their computers were "wiped clean" and didn't have any records. Huh? That sounds suspicious. Good thing I had the paperwork with me.

They had my hard to find sized tire and had it delivered and put on within two hours of opening.

They recommended me a serpentine belt because they said it was spilt in two. This was not the case. It was not split in two and we confirmed this when I arrived to pick up the car. All else was good. Thank you.

I was in need of a new car battery. Manager had quoted me a price at my earlier visit. I dropped in an the service took less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

Good costumer service

We had a blow out on our boat trailer, they had our tires in stock , went to work on it in a quick and efficient manner. The guys were friendly and really made you feel welcome

I was to get in the same day for an oil change which was goods!!But it took longer than expected. The information given by the person was not accurate. So I'm hesitant about referring others

I WAS ALWAYS A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS WITH SEARS BUT THE LAST FEW TIMES I WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. STOPPED IN TO BIG O TIRE FOR A MINOR ISSUE AND NOW I WILL ALWAYS BE COMING THERE. 100% SATISFIED.
