I went in for a tire change and the person I spoke to tried to upsell me on rotors saying they need to be replaced. Not turn, but replaced. I won't go back. I feel your company makes a upselling rather than an honest mechanic a bad name. I won't be back.

Waited 3 hours for tires that were supposed to be ther butweren't. Then alignment now made it worse. Didn't need one but was suggested due to getting new tires. Now steering wheel shakes and is more unaligned that what it started with which was 1/8 if an inch. Yes I did measure prior to doing .

The guy who helped me was ok. But no one knowledged me when I walked in. I said I need to get my oil changed and there were 4 guys working but not one could awknowledge that I was there. And there were NO customers. Then one guy tried to help me at the same time he was on the phone with a person. With 3 other guys standing around talking they couldn't help?? The guy customer on the phone was getting upset because the guy working kept getting my information and his information swapped. How can you listen to two people at once? I didn't get a sticker with my new mileage for when I have to come back to get a new oil change. And it took an hour. Maybe I'm used to California where they do under 10 minute oil changes. There was no one else there it was early in the morning. Probably not coming back here again. It was a convenient location by where I just moved to. And close to the mall. But I don't want to waste half my day waiting for my car so I'd rather go somewhere else I think.

I appreciate the honesty of your staff, esp Jason. I needed a replacement tire, and he could have given me a cheaper tire. But he told me he did not have the tire in stock and would call Boulder City to send one over and called me the next day to get it mounted.

It took 7 (seven) hours to get tires ordered, delivered and installed. I arranged on Friday to come in at 7 AM on Monday to get four tires. On Monday at 7:00 AM on the dot, I arrived and was told that they couldn't order the tires until I personally appeared in the store. They didn't tell me anything about that on Friday. I cancelled a doctor's appointment because they couldn't perform the service in a timely manner. I finally got out of the store at 2:30 PM.

I made an appointment for 8 am to have my snow tires removed and replaced. When I arrived 5 minutes early, I was told my car would be worked on immediately. At 8:50, the car was moved into a bay and at 10:45 was finished and delivered to me. I was used to Big O in CO charging $75 for a 1-hour max service, but here in Vegas it cost over $100 and took twice as long. Will not return to this Big O.

in question no. 3 none of those were offered to me, but in general everything is perfect with a friendly approach. in question no. 4 I don't know which one is the highest is it 1 or 5 . if one is the highest its one, if 5 is the highest then its 5.

Store charged me a 37% higher price for the tires, and when I pointed out, they told the online price was wrong. I went back home and asked the online person, then store called me to go for refund. Why can't refund at the beginning? Is the online price right or wrong?

I thank my brother the most for recommending me to this place. He works for the sister company in Tampa Florida and told me they are great people to work for and great place to get your services done. Jason was as perfect as they come in regards to explaining the problems I was having with my car, what to look for when it happens again, recommending the right services so I don't get ripped off, and just being able to trust him after just meeting him. I refuse to do business with pep boys anymore since all they care to do is get money instead of helping you learn how to take care of your car and becoming a loyal customer and always coming back when it's time for something to get serviced. Even though I only got an oil change I will be getting my rotors and brakes done this week. Again I thank Jason and his staff for the effort,time, patience, and commitment to making customers like us to want to keep doing business with Big O Tires.
