Big O Tires

I went in for tire pricing and an engine diagnosis. They could not find the problem and asked me to leave my vehicle over night, which I did. Upon returning I was told good news and bad news. Good news tire prices were ok bad news they could not find out what was wrong with my vehicle. I was not impressed. I did purchase a set of 4 new tires that in hindsight I should not have. The special buy 2 get 2 free came with a required wheel alignment as road hazard extra cost, so no bargain. If I had to do over again I would not.

I paid for tires. Got those. Also on their suggestion, I had them replace my cabin filter and air filter. I discovered a week and a half later that they never actually replaced those filters. So I was driving for a week and a half with no air filter. They did refund it and said they know who was responsible and that will be dealt with. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the managers that I dealt with were nice and didn't even try to justify what happened. They were very apologetic. Too bad they have one crackhead mechanic making the whole place look bad.

Was met by the store manager (James Parcells) who greeted me took my keys and got my car repair going. Very efficient and likable. I trusted my car to him and he delivered.

We were on our way thru town when our car experienced a blowout we had to stay the night because the tire stores were closed we showed up at the store at opening to get our tire fixed which they addressed but also checked all our filters ands fluids which the store manager tried to sell us a trans service which I declined paid for our tire and got back on the road after which time we heard a noise coming from under the hood on acceleration, to make a long story short they did not put the air cleaner box back right which caused the car to suck unfiltered air for 150 miles

I paid over 400 dollars for parts and labor to change the front rotors and pads man that sucked!

My experience was not the best. With no cars in front of me my oil change took 1.5 hours to complete. My wife used the women's bathroom and as she flushed the toilet oil and sewage water came up threw the drain on the floor. Luckily she noticed it while washing her hands preventing her from slipping... I was also denied the 10% discount for being an uber driver... The quality of work was OK but it was just and oil change.

I can always count on Big O for better prices and better service that I can trust.

Came in for a ball joint replacement on a track bar. Fairly simple manager says it is .6 hours of labor. First one in the shop when it opened and I left 3 hours later. Manager informed me after pulling my truck in that the tool he needed to pull a ball joint was at his house in his garage and would have to order a new one for the store. A short time later returns to tell me that his supplier doesn't open until 8. So I sat there from 7 am until 848 am until this part arrived. Then when I asked about ordering another part he just looks at me like really man your bothering me right now and I don't have time. It was a pain for the mechanic to get the new part in and did take a few extra minutes because of that but I understand that. But 3 hours on a .6hr job because the manager takes tools home is ridiculous. My family sat at the hotel on our vacation while I sat in a shop for 3 hours to get a simple part installed. Will Not be back.

Allways Finnish the work before time they say it will be done

Not happy. My oil light is still on and it s been 4 weeks

Wanted $65 to do system check. Got it does elsewhere at no charge. Charge for battery installation way too high. Auxiliary battery should have been checked on prior visit and was not. So it took a second trip to get it checked and replaced. This has delayed my being able to register my vehicle.

Jasen was a good service

I went in for a quote on new brakes, I was quoted $380.00. I was not told that this was per axle. Then I was told that I needed a hydroponic pump for my engine mounts I then took my vehicle after paying for front break pads and rotors and flush to the Kia dealer. I was told there is nothing wrong with my engine mount, I was happy that I had found someone that I could trust but his visit changed my mind. I will not go back there. Sorry.

Our experience at the 3414 location was excellent. The mechanics did an awesome job replacing my clutch...not an easy job. Jay and others were very helpful in explaining and communicating with us. James watched the price and also kept in touch with us every step of the way. . The team at this location worked to find me the best price. The job was done quick and my Ford is riding like new now.
