Big O Tires

Bad service. I go for alignment rotation and balancing. They don't do nothing. I return again for the same service. Please guys be professional.

We had a blow out tire 150 miles from Vegas. We limped in on a donut. We were at the store at 7 am when they unlocked the door. The tire we needed was not in stock at the store. It was promptly ordered and I was told they would have it at the store in short order. Numerous times we were told soon. It took your warehouse delivery guy 8 hours to get the tire to the store. That is insane in a large place like los Vegas. I passed kingman Arizona to get to Vegas in hopes of having a better chance to get back on the road for the 9 plus hours we still had to drive. I was kind and understanding. It was not your store manager's fault. This is a corporate issue and from my perspective you suck. The employees at the store were great. I have no issues with their service. Big o corporate in the los Vegas area needs to reconsider their delivery practices because they suck. Absolutely awful. I would never be obnoxious to a person. This response was solicited. Hopefully you learn from the issues for some poor person who needs a tire replaced on a trip

Not even close to a good experience. I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. Was quoted a price for replacing ball joints and that it would only take about 2 hours. After leaving for a bite to eat and returning (about 75 minutes), parts had arrived and old parts uninstalled. But no one started working on installing replacements for another hour! While I was waiting, I looked up the price of the parts that were being replaced. I could have bought a complete front suspension, with a 5 year warranty, and all new bushings for less then I was charged for 1 upper control arm... and 2 were replaced!! When I brought it to the attendant's attention, they said they were 'lifetime warranted parts'...on a 17 year old car? I can buy LIFETIME WARRANTY upper and lower control arms and inner/outer tie-rod ends for only about $100 more then I spent on the upper control arms with you guys. The other part that was replaced was over double the highest price I could find. By the way, there's nothing on the receipt that they are actually lifetime warranted parts, who the manufacturer is, or how to have them replaced if/when needed. I was also told the alignment would be $69 and it was billed at $99.99. I was told 'that promotion had ended.' But he would take $50 off my bill?? In summery, I could have had a whole new front end for the same price, or less, then I spent to have less then half the job done. Just because someone doesn't know what the price of something should be, doesn't give you the right to rip them off. Very disappointed.

Miz was awesome he was the best

Air conditioner quit on the way from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas. Diagnosis was a seized compressor, and a broken A/C belt. After $1500 in parts and labor (new compressor, expansion valve, belt, system recharge, and installation fee) the air conditioner still was blowing hot air. Dissatisfied that a $1500 "repair" did not fix the problem. Had to drive back to Salt Lake City with an A/C unit that was not functioning well.

Our experience at the 3414 location was excellent. The mechanics did an awesome job replacing my clutch...not an easy job. Jay and others were very helpful in explaining and communicating with us. James watched the price and also kept in touch with us every step of the way. . The team at this location worked to find me the best price. The job was done quick and my Ford is riding like new now. Thanks for treating us so we'll!

Sales and technicians both took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Kept me up to date as things progressed.

I waited for 2 hr, just sitting waiting. When they final got my truck, they told me that they weren't able to fix it. I wasted 2 hr just waiting for them. They didn't even fix it.

I was advised to schedule an appointment so I did not have to wait. I set an appointment for 10 am. I still waited for an hour. I do not see what was the point of scheduling an appointment.

I purchased the alignment for the life of the tires I purchased from Big-O. It took 3 hours to complete. Then after me asking if my car was complete, it took another 45 minutes to get checked out. I drove to southern California shortly after. The tires were still not right. I brought it in to the Big-O Tires in Irvine, CA who had to re-align my tires again.

I had an issue with my battery and because it was under warranty as I was understanding they did not want to help me. Told me they didn't have a battery and it was under warranty anyway. Meanwhile I had to call roadside to help me. They just kept helpIng other patrons and could care less that I was stranded and very upset to the point of crying. They just kept whispering to each other and saying nope not under warranty. I will never go to Big O again. I was a consistent customer for 20 plus years. So it hurts that my needs were not a priority. Sincerely Laurie Cutts

I've been to the Maryland Pkwy store a few times for tires and the guys do a great job at a fair price. This visit I went in because I had the check engine light on. I had a diagnostic run and it was determined to be a oil pressure switch. They explained to me it was covered under warrantee. They saved me $250. I truly appreciate the honesty of Big O Tires workers. Thanks!
