Big O Tires

I went there to fix my trunk. I left my car and they said it will be ready in an hour. 4hours later they said they were still working on my car. I went to take my car but they gave me my car key half broken. I found out that the key broke off in my ignition. They were still able to start the car, but they cannot open up my trunk of course.Seeing that my original is in two pieces, one of which is inside the ignition, I asked them what happened. First, they acted like they had no idea what happened then they said the half of the key was stuck inside the ignition. The person that repaired my car broke the key in half. They blamed that the key should already broken in half and must be glued together. Ridiculous! They removed the ignition to take the other half of the key. They didn't reinstall the ignition correctly so my car looks broken now. They said it will cost them to fix what they have done to my car key. They charged me the amount of cost repairing the trunk right before they gave me the key. I don't recommend this repair shop to any one because they are not apologetic and responsible.

I was visiting Vegas and had a flat. I took it to Big O tires and they were going to repair it but found the tread was separating and so I needed a new tire and they had what I needed and it was 4 dollars cheaper then the quote. They were very friendly and did a great job

Went in for an alignment. Watched the whole thing, (i have vocational 2 yrs automotive) then i was wondering why are they not adjusting anything, then a saw that they are putting it down without doing anything, so i run out and ask what happened, mechanic told me the problem was the rear right and it is mounted shut and i have to bring it to dealer coz he cannot adjust it. It needs a part. So i thought i dont have pay since they did not fix it. MARK KRYSKI didnt even talked to the mechanic whats up, he just assume they did the job and ask me for payment, i said talk to your mechanic because they did not fix the alignment. Arguing with me that "they fix it, even if its a small adjustment it doesnt mean you dont have to pay" THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING! I WAS WATCHING THE WHOLE TIME! ended up paying because i wanna get out of there! MARK obviously wanna make the quoata!

I was happy to be back for service , however...I was very disappointed to pay $97 for brakes fluids when only less then a month ago I paid $80 for an oil change and none of that was mentioned to me as you "offer"� all to be checked and refill at normal oil change in which you guys charge $30 more then any place at the city , I am happy to pay for that but not twice.

The difference. Even so we bought 4 new tires

I was told my tires were "cupping" because of bad shocks. I was in Vegas from Oklahoma, and needed help, so I made an easy target. The wear pattern on my tires was actually because of misalignment, not bad shocks. But the sales guy sold me on new shocks, and alignment, and 2 new tires. I get back to Oklahoma and find out I bought my shocks in December of 2017. And they failed by July of 2019? And the tread wear isn't from the shocks. Total rip off. I'll never go back to this tire shop.

Friendly efficient service. Greg fixed our tire, wish I knew gentleman who greeted us. Both were very helpful and got us on our way home to Idaho in less than 20 minutes.

I had THE worst experience at this location!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BIG O TIRE LOCATIONS AGAIN! I had gone in looking to simply have a tire put onto the car, the woman that first greeted me I had thought was kind and helpful. Her name was Kasie I believe, well she said she would get a deal on the tire. Upon coming back to the store after the tire was put on they had said I had power steering fluid all down the bottom of my car, which I was not aware of at all. I had my car checked over my two shops previously to my trip to Vegas and it was cleared that all my parts were wonderful and in good shape for my trip. So, I was a bit hesitant to believe I needed a new powering steering pump, but I agreed and they told me that they could get the part in quickly but it would cost me 600.00 dollars. I agreed because they told me that if I tried to drive it home, that the pump would go completely out. They first had told me a couple hours, then when I went to pick it up they said they had to leave it over night and someone had to take the part home to 'shave it down' to fit my car?!!? Why would they be damaging the new part I just bought!?! But I agreed again, left the car overnight. When I picked it up the next day I was told it would be ready at 9 but wasn't ready until almost 2 in the afternoon. When I showed up to get it the man working stated my car needed more work done, something about a Clock timing cover set..But in looking into that, such things does not exist! They said to keep checking my oil because of it, well on my way home that became clear. My car was leaking oil so badly that we spent another hundred or so dollars trying to keep oil in it to make it back to Utah. I am convinced that your workers at this spot put a hole somewhere in my car, which I have now had to scrape out because we cannot fix it...This is unacceptable and I hope something is done about this. Because as I said, before I visited your shop my car was cleared as in perfect shape by two different companies..after your shop..my car had to be sold because we couldn't fix it. Also when we came home and visited another Big O Tire shop they informed us that the part this location quoted us..was actually only a hundred dollars instead of over five hundred like this Vegas location told us...If you all really care about your customers...call me at 904-466-2993.

Your systems were Down and still received excellent service guys up front were calm and collected help me out with a smile but... I did not revive a receipt got me back on the road and back to the strip thx ps I lost lol

I wasted $120 on a lie! The locatin on Maryland and DI told I needed a new engine and went to another location on Nellis and was told I needed 3 coil packs and plugs. Had all the coil packs and plugs replaced and runs like new.

When I went to get the new tire they treated me very well you're very knowledgeable and very nice very courteous and since I was there I decided to get an oil change unfortunately I had to bring my vehicle back yesterday since oil was leaking every where I parked not just a little a lot. Had to wait about an hour for them to fix what happened I had to clean out the top part of my engine in the bottom empty it put in the new gasket and oil and now I'm hoping that that's the last man to go back before it's time again.

Mike is beyond rude Have a blow out,tire is under warranty and they treat you like your not worth anything, like your robbing them.Ask how long it will take you get shoulders shrugged,I don't know I have other people waiting. Really, pretty sure I spent the money to buy the tires to begin with. Will never return here,and pretty much done with big o..

I had a tire blow out on a vegas trip last weekend. The staff was friendly and speedy! I would definitely recommend Big O Tires.

LET US BACKUP TO THE SPRING OF 2015; WHEEL ALIENMENT WAS GREAT. THE MACHANIC TALKED WITH ME, ALL WASOK.!Time for road trip11,500 miles, 10 weeks and 25 states.TO ATEMPS FOR REALIENMENT; NEW MEXICO, NO MACHANIC [BIG O]. AND FLORIDA BRANDEN [TIRE KING] NO HELP IF THEY EVEN TRIED. now home LV,NVagain no help. CAR STILL PULLS RIGHT. they could not put car on rack. easy to do w/ 2 2"X8"X 8'or 6' stuck lumber. That's how it was done the FIRST TIME. AND THE 5 YEARS BEFORE THAT. NOW FOR THE TIRE REPLACEMENTS. 2 Left rims bent and broken.I had to pay full price for the replacement tire. Manager said,"I hit a curb." I said NO, a hole.He had never looked at the back rim. Both sides of it were bent.Now a curb would bend one side but not both.!The back tire didn't blow out because it was supported on both sides of what ever road hazard I had hit. And had paid for road hazard insurance it should of been covered by it! I HAVE PICTURES OF RIMS. BUT STILL IN PHONE. NO WAY TO DOWN LOAD TO NIGHT.

never coming back here again i waited 3 hours for a brake fluid it should have tooken 1 hour I really felt disrespected has a woman that they would charge me 189 for a new tire if i was to go to my dealership I COULD get brand new tires for 130 dollars it would be the actual tires that are for my car. I felt that they dont treat woman good i totally feel like i was getting played and talked down to only do buisness at this location.

James is a fabulous store manager, and his managerial leadership shows in each auto mechanic at Big O, on Maryland Parkway ... he's respectful to each and every customer who walks through the door, as well as on the telephone ... Kelly Hubbs helped me on this occasion, and again, superior and knowledgeable customer service ... Ron worked on my 2006 Honda Accord, and I shook his hand afterwards, as I normally do, for applying his thorough expertise to my car ... I'm lucky I found these guys, they're all high quality ... thanks again, Big O.

I started to smell oil again yesterday. And they broke my power window switch.
