i took my car in to get a brand new tire patched that had a screw in it the guy that helped me didnt even look at the tireand just said i need a new one . i insiste dit be patchedhe said it wasnt possible so i had no choice but to buy a tired for 116.00 the following monday i took the tire they replaced to discount tire and they patched it,,

Michael was awesome but the other mechanic was disrespectful and I was charged for tire disposal when they didnt dispose of anything. I don't trust them and will never go back!

I made it clear that my taillight was not working and had a problem with ignition switch. I was assured everything would be fixed . instead I was charged for the ignition switch and a new battery they felt I needed but my car started fine before I got to this shop and was charged nearly $600 bucks. if I would have known beforehand that Big O Tires did not do electrical work I would have went elsewhere to get everything repaired at once at a better price. careful they don't try to sell you something you don't need. lesson learned. i had a honest electrician working on my car and wished I would have found him sooner.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They offered me options of tires and explained what the difference was. They had me in and out as quickly as possible. Great service, friendly atmosphere and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

I used them on both of my cars and had great service

took my car in for new tires and oil change first day back it leaked oil, took it back and they did stop the leak about a month later i noticed one of the tires had a bulge on it, took it back expecting to get a replacement tire because it was obviously a defective tire. they said it was my fault and charged me full price for another tire even though they had a buy 3 and get one free, i paid full price for 5 tires. but the worst thing was how they continually smartly kept saying i did something. i'll never go back to that place again!

I would like a $100 refund. I was first told the car needed gas cleaning work $100, then I was told the problem was the spark plug coil and spark plugs. They did not correctly find the problem!

First thing the guy working on my car did not want to be there or answer my questions no knowledge what so ever he also broke my tire air Sensor that I had to pay 69.00 for and then he did not install it right the light sensor never went back off. So I am driving my car with a pressure light on. Now this is the part that I hate they told me I need an Alignment then walks in a guy that his only job was to Exploit more money out of you to try to sell you stuff that you don't need They want to sell me $400 worth of spare parts in order to do my Alignment I said no.. but they still charged me for it . Just like the tire sensor that they fucked up . And like I said this guys job was only to get more money out of you I saw him do this to two other guys , your car will explode if you don't have this replaced! There is no way that I can ever send someone there . This happens in Las Vegas they told me if my light came back on they would honor this at any location not true went to two locations in San Francisco they told who's going to pay for the labor?..

Repairs needed required to order the part. They had it available the next day, and I only had to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle.

Your mechanic replaced gaskets that did not even fit my car and it started overheating quickly. I needed my car fixed to be able to drive back to New Mexico safely. Your mechanic said everything was fine. I ended up taking it to another Big o on sunset and they fixed everything correctly. They were awesome and made sure everything was good to go before I left

They were supposed to rotate my tires with the oil change. Didn't happen. This is why I always mark my tire. Very disappointed. Have never returned for more service.
