Everyone at the place is very courteous and right there to help you when you walk in. They updated me when my car was just about finished and I really appreciate that.

I received a quote over the phone from Joe the manager and I explained to him that I needed to come in but that I was an a rush and he told me that wouldn't be a problem. Once I got there he took me right in and I was done in 40 mins he even put an extra employee on my vehicle to expedite the job. I want to thank Joe for being courteous and very professional.

I arrived at the store with a quote in hand that i had received over the phone. There was some confusion but the store manger stepped in and the quoted was honored .

Big O Tires Friendly and professional. I save money every time I go there I always do a price check and they are the lowest . They always get you back on the road fast and they keep you informed step by step. They always do the job right. They always exceed my expectation, Went in this week for a full synthetic oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes. I took my other car in 3 months ago for a new power steering unit and it was ready in 3 hours and no leaks. This is my go to auto repair place. Everyone was very kind to me during my visit. They didn’t judge me about the state of my tires (because they had never been changed since 2008). The service was the best I’ve ever had at a shop like theirs in my whole time in Vegas. It was quick and they were communicative. They even helped me during Christmas Eve.
