Big O Tires

My family and I have use Big O tire for decades. While traveling I found myself in need of auto services. I specifically sought out Big O. My first trip through went poorly. I complained to corporate. I received a prompt telephone call. Corporate was very helpful. My second trip through provided the services I've come to expect from Big O. New store management and service personnel were top notch. I'm totally satisfied with Big O and heartily recommend them for vehicle needs.

The counter person was very helpful and the two technicians working on my vehicle were very friendly and performed the work in a timely manner.

The desk person was very nice and I simply told him what I needed and asked if they can check my breaks and check the windshield fluid. Everything was done in great time. My car drives great.

I had an appointment, but I was late. They still were quick to service me and gave me all the information that needed to be done on my car. I agreed only because I was told the same times by another shop. The work would take about 2 hours and as I debated on walking home the job was done. The wonderful gentlemen at the counter offered me a ride home and back. That was the frosting on the cake for me for customer service. I love a place that puts the customer first. After all its the customer that makes the business! ;0) And the work that was done has been outstanding.. My car drives like its brand new. Thanks Guys

Number one Big O was open on Sunday and I had a serious need for an alternator & Big O came through

I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and James was very knowledgeable and he had a sense of humor. Enjoyed the visit.

They were all great. Looked after me as if I was royalty. Couldn't have wished for better service/treatment. I live in Pahrump, so returning for a service in Las Vegas is not a reality.

The young lady who helped me out (I forgot her name) was fantastic. She explained the processed that needed to happen and how the communication process would flow. Thank you for getting the car in and out on short notice!
