I receive great service every time I come here, whether I spend money or just need air!

The manager Erik was very helpful making a great effort to complete the job in a timely manner despite receiving a defective power steering pump delaying the completion of my vehicle repairs the same day.

This was my 2nd visit and I was very pleased with the customer service and the service. They took my car in right away and I didn't have to wait long even though they had to order something to complete the job. What I like most is that they kept me updated while I waited. I will return to your place when I need the help.

This was to be a fix from my last service. Ended up being a challenge to remind them it was there fault I needed my bumper fixed. Tried to say I hit something, which was totally false. But the burden of proof is on the consumer. I reminded Tajay I called him a few minutes after I got home. And came back so he could see it. I ended up getting my air fixed as well. Not sure I will be going back as I didn't like the way they accused me instead of accepting that they did mess up my bumper. Although I do like Tajay, I'm just not sure of the professionalism that is there.

But I went to drop off my car to get a new tire gentleman help me and previously the manager help me on what to get for the car to order at Amazon or a different production company because I was in a budget and they forgot to call me when the car was ready I had to call them when I got there, they miscommunicated, but the problem was resolved. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least they apologized and finished the work. I’m satisfied and happy and will be going back soon manager and staff very kind even though the manager was on vacation told me to come back.

I don't leave reviews very often but after the day that I had which included my battery dying and getting locked IN my car, I got referred from Advance Auto Parts to head over to Big O. Because my battery was bad. From the moment that I got there I was greeted and treated respectfully. I honestly told them that I knew nothing about cars and where they could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me a new battery they checked mine out a couple times tested my alternator and told me it was all good. All the guys that work there were so exceptionally nice that it brings me to tears just thinking about the quality and the level of respect that I received from all of them. If you ever need anything, from tires to an oil change, anything at all go see them at the Big O Tires on Maryland Parkway. And P. S. if you ever just need air in your tires take it to Big O on Maryland Parkway because they didn't make me feel silly like some places for not being able to put air in my own tires. I feel bad for not getting all of their names but the front man at the counter Anthony was just the beginning to the wonderful gentleman who check the air in my tires before I drove away

Erik is one of the most courteous shop employees I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with.
