I called Midas and TALKED to Tom. My vehicle needed a pulley or two replaced but only squealed when cold. Brought the vehicle there that day only for listening for the noise. They found the noise and fixed it that day. Excellent service and great price.

Tom was very upfront about what was happening with my car and told me when and what they were doing. I had to stay in the lobby and he checked in on me a few times to make sure I was alright waiting. He took me into the shop area and showed my breaks, what was wrong and explained in easy to understand terms how they were going to fix it. I felt very safe.
