I actually went in for a oil change. Afterwards Joe the manager informed me of other things that needed to be done before it's too late.

Midas in Orland Park has been very good to me for service. Always so thorough with inspections every time I take my car in. They let me know what I need to do next and prepare.

I knew the car (2006 Acura MDX) needed service. Front sway bars were replaced. Kevin suggested preventive maintenance. Timing belt. An expensive item. What to do…. A car that is 18 years old with 174,000 miles. Kevin explained how preventive maintenance would help with the life of the car. Service was done, car runs great. When I picked it up, Joe thanked me for trusting in Midas. I’m glad I did.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate and told the GM Joe that I was in the area. They got me in within 5 minutes of my arrival. After explaining what was needed on my vehicle I knew right away that this is where I was getting my car done. Honesty and excellent customer service is super important to me and extremely hard to find but as soon as I spoke to Joe I knew I was in good hands.

Been using this Midas for over 25 years. The associates always make you welcome and if they’re not able to service you at the time you come, they apologize and set up an appointment as soon as possible, usually the next day or later same day.
