Car service can take a lot out of a person when truly unexpected. But after the many positive reviews I was not disappointed with the service. I was even provided services that could be taken care of at a later date but not to ignore the repair. I was very pleased.

I had not used my car for about three days during the below zero weather we had experienced last week. Car did not start on 4th day, paid to have tow truck company come out to jump it. Ran my errands for about an hour, made a stop at a store, turned off ignition. When I attempted to start up again, battery was dead. After a kind man at the store jumped the battery I headed for Midas thinking to get the battery checked and possibly get a new one. It was late afternoon, I had no appointment, went in to Midas and asked to have battery checked. They were willing to do it even though I could see that they were working on 3 or 4 other cars and there were customers waiting. It did take about 2 hours but they finally checked out the battery which had worn out and I purchased a new one thinking that the price of the new battery and installation was very fair. Quite satisfied.

I have been to a few auto repair places in my lifetime and I have to say this is the best. I always feel confident that my car has been repaired properly.

Checking in was easy. The clerk was friendly and was available through my waiting in case I had questions.. The install was quick and I was on my way with a new battery.
