I have been to other Midas shops this one was the most professional. I really felt they were looking out for me and had my best interest at heart

I originally went to the mitis in Hodgkins so they would do some warranty work, but they refused and we’re very rude with me Fortunately, on my way home, I stopped in Orland midas and they were more than accommodating very understanding

I may live out of the area but I feel like they are very honest. I will always go out of my way if I feel like I am treated fairly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Creating an appointment online is not accurate. I was called to have it cancelled and then I called back and was told I was still on for the visit. Confusing.

Midas is reliable. They always have time for you and answer any questions you may have. This particular time they saved us from a very dangerous situation where our tire was disintegrating from the inside out, causing a very severe wobble in the wheel.(They even sent us a video of the wheel wobbling.) We were very grateful to find out in time to get new tires. We highly recommend them and their friendly staff.

The service technician checked the problem with my car and corrected it. He was very thorough in finding the problem and correcting it.
