There were plenty of time slots to choose for my appointment. I received a $20 coupon for an oil change and they honored it, didn’t raise the price to offset coupon like other places. The maintenance didn’t take long at all and had clear communication the whole process.

Orland Park store - I was charged $688.44 for a $300 part with additional charges for labor and diagnostic . I was told the part cost that much. Lost a loyal customer. Don't go to this place

I normally get my oil change at the Midas location in countryside il. I was in the Orland Park area and decided to stop by. I was fairly greeted. Place was clean. Came in for an oil change only to find out that I needed additional work which was ok. $950

"Aaron and his somewhat less desired Sweetheatt calling as I entered, was pleasant, but a bite pushy stating that the Groupon REQUIRES me to fill my 5.5 oil tank up, instead of the 5qts purchased. The Groupon doesn't read this and him yelling, it's only $5."

Even spending over $2000 Midas could not fix the check engine light. Very poor and unqualified technicians.

The staff was very understanding and experienced. They took into consideration all of my issues and explained them in depth what is wrong and what my options are. Very happy I brought my vehicle to Midas and will definitely be back for the repairs along with standard maintenance.

I have check engine light on my van and it is never been diagnosed correctly by MIdas and they have charged me over $2000 and the light is still coming. There is no professional technician on the shop.

I’ve taken my car to Midas for brakes, ever since I bought it in 2007. I truly have gotten my lifetime pads worth, and have taken our other family cars to Midas for their brakes, as well.

Great staff and always quality work at this location.
