Great stay for game day weekends

The day time staff was unfriendly. I went numerous times for towels or trash bags and instead of being helped I was told to seek out housekeeping. no calls were offered, or supplies, just go find a housekeeper. The ice machines did not work any of the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was nothing. Coffee and fruits were gone, the orange juice was left over from the day before, which made me assume the waffle mix and milk were also left out from the day before.

Currently, is now a Travelodge. Room was filthy dirty and many things were either broken or otherwise just not working properly. Room should NEVER have been rented, let alone used in the condition that it was.

I am shocked that this place is open for business. It was by far the worst hotel room I have stayed in. It was filthy all over. The carpets had never been shampooed. chairs in the room were covered in grease and filth. The sink or bathtub haven't been scrubbed in days. window and shower curtains also filthy. the place is a dump that needs to be closed down and cleaned entirely. I will definitely contact the department of health as soon as possible.
