I've always come to Big O Tires for all my vehicles. Their customer service is the best in the city. I find the technicians there knowledgable and best of all, friendly. I also appreciate the fact that they'll take care of ANY of my tire emergencies without further charge.

My techs were traveling Big O was able to get them in same day and in a timely manner.

Polite, friendly, explained service completed, problems found and fixed, accepted coupons received in mail.

We have been taking our vehicles to Big O for over 2 years. We get our oil changed, bought tires for 3 cars, and lifted our truck. Big O does amazing work. Danny and Gus do a great job as your customer service. You have a great crew. I recommend you to all our friends.

I’m highly dissatisfied. My car was running just fine when I brought it in for a tire rotation. They said that I needed a break fluid exchange and fuel injection cleaner. I agreed to have that done. Afterwords my car wasn’t running good at all. It cut out on me 3 times after I left. Now they are telling me it needs a hose which they have to order. They said that there’s a crack in the hose. Now who knows how long it will take for the part to come in. I’ll never have them work on my car again other than a tire rotation. Im very mad !

Art, the Rep indicated the requested tires would take a day to arrive, when he called first thing the next day and said they were in. I arrived, and waited for a vehicle to be finished and I was promptly taken care of. Multiple techs worked on my truck and my down time was minimal. Thank you
