When traveling from AZ to Florida, air was leaking from debris between the rim and the bead. The day before in AZ, we had a rattling in the tire which was found to be the old sensor that was recently replaced and left inside the tire. The tire company in AZ had removed it, but left debris between the rim and the bead. During our travels, we received a low air pressure warning and it continued to leak air every 30 minutes. We called the closest Big O Tires (the location in Deming, NM). I told them our about our situation. They reassured us that they could take care of us without delay, just to pull right in when we got there.We were hauling our boat trailer, and we didn't even need to unhitch it. They took care of it in front of the garage. We were in and out in less than an hour. They enabled us to get back on the road, without delay and confident in the rest of our trip as they had fixed the problem. They were so friendly, professional and accommodating. They saved the day and we are very appreciative. We'll be stopping in to say hello on our next trip.

Been buying tires for sixty years. Everything this time went as well as it gets. I've used same brand / type tires on other vehicles and prefer them. Also asked some questions of the men in the shop and got great replies and happy thet that knew what I was asking about.

on Our way to Ft. Huachuca we experienced a tire with low pressure. We pulled off the interstate and Big O was the first tire repair place we saw. We pulled in told them our suspicions and in 10 minutes they had our tire patched and ready to go. They were very friendly and so helpful. Best service I have ever received for this problem.
