My wheel had a hole in it. They said they had never seen this before. Tuesday before thanksgiving they ordered a wheel and it was in in less than a week from CA to NM! :)

They did some work for me a few days ago and as usual, great service.

While there was miss communication about when the tires would be in, they did show up & were put on. It took extra time & while we didn't get to visit with friends in Deming because of the time, everything on the vehicle was done as quickly as possible. Staff was great & communicated often to update us on progress. We always get excellent service here. Thank you much. Gail Koepp

I was traveling home to Texas when I needed an oil change I stopped in at Big O for an oil change. Brianna and her staff had me on my way in a timely manner. If I lived in the area I would patronized her store. If I lived in the area I would recommend her store. I am greatful and thankful for their quick assistance in helping me complete my travels.
