Luis H. has always been honest & very clear when it comes to any service my vehicle needs. The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome. The coffee bar & free wifi are great while in the waiting room. The repair videos on tv monitors are also very helpful. Ty Big-O for the excellent service.

Very satisfied. We were driving down the street and noticed that our tire was getting flat so I quickly went to a convenience store to air it up. Then we drove down to Big O Tire where I always get my tires for all my fleet. I left my vehicle and they said that unfortunately the tire is unfixable because of the odd shape of the puncture wound so they ended up having to replace the tire fortunately I always get road hazard on all my tires. all they made me pay for was the road hazard for the new tire and also for the balance and labor.

Joe was upfront and honest from the start.

Fixing my car and my wife car was good i had wheel alignments on both cars brakes done on 1 of them i was very happy with all they done but not so happy anymore i went to get a bolt put in everything was fine with my car as in it was fine no engine check no lights on besides my tire sensor all is done i paid for wrk they did turns out for some odd reason my EPS and ABS lights are on my steering wheel is way too hard where i can't drive and what they told me was take it to my dealer witch is pointless my car was in there shop under there care and not once did they say they would fix it smh so i paid there and have to pay again for a mechanic to fix something that happened in there shop i will never go there again.
