Joseph Miele was courteous and so efficient. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and no one complained about installing new tires, especially since the guys had already mopped the floors and were getting ready to go home. They were all great!

Big fella working in the back talked to me about alignment in more depth. Recommended to get an alignment done and the advantage to getting it was it was unlimited amount of uses for 3 years with purchase. Didn't have to talk to me about anything but chose to. Thank you!

Great service fixing my tire for free, even though not purchased at Big O. Arrived at my appointment time and was placed to front of queue. 30 mins and back on the road. What service!

The service tech as well as the service manager were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in providing all services (flat tire exam and new tire purchase) required. I was VERY pleased with their assistance in getting my problem resolved.
