i had a leak in a recently purchased for from Big O. I stopped in in there morning on my way somewhere to have the tire overfilled zoo I could get on with my day intending to stop back later to make an appointment to have it looked at. When I stopped back toward the end of the day, the associate took my car right in to have it looked at and immediately proceeded with the repair patch. The whok we thing was done in less than 45 minutes much to my surprise and pleasure. Adding to that, there was no charge for the time or repair. Made a loyal customer out of me...

I was greeted right away, the associate I spoke with was very friendly and explained the charges accurately. My car was taken in and worked on really quickly. I was on my way much quicker than I anticipated.

Six months ago they repaired a flat tire at no cost for me. I was advised there was about 10K miles of use left on the tires. Well, about 5K miles later and another flat. Went to Big O’s for a repair. Tires seemed more worn and cracking. Decided it was time to replace tires. I did not have an appointment. Amazing, I was only there for 1.5 hours. Excellent customer service. My truck rides better and is safer. Thanks!

Me and my entire family here in las cruces NM love coming to Big O, on the east side of town because we love the service they provide, from being friendly and explaining anything we ask and great prices, always get our new tires here every time we need to upgrade, wouldn’t have it any other way. It does not get any better than Big O Tires on White Sage Blvd!! I know very little about vehicles, tires, etc..., but the team there explains things to me in such a kind way, and treats me with dignity. I feel happy going there, because everyone has such a positive attitude! They are extremely knowledgable in the services they provide. They keep my vehicles running great! Thanks!! They always check my car over and let me know if I need any work done on it. When I wait for the car being serviced , it doesn't take long and the waiting room is nice and clean and has coffee or water for me.

This is my second experience at your store and it is just the best! your employees are always polite, professional and appear happy overall when communicating with customers and each other. I told my son how happy I am with your store and he said he would love to work in that environment!
