I was not greeted at my vehicle because they were very busy providing awesome customer service. I was not offered a free alignment check because the store was packed and late. I was offered a credit card application my first day there and they remembered I declined.

Joe and the team were great - even remained a few minutes past close so I could pick up my vehicle !

Joseph was super helpful as we were choosing our rims, tires, and lift. We loved his energy and friendly attitude, and because of our experience we will be recommending Big-O to all of our friends! The guys also did a fabulous job on the install of the lift and tires.

As usual this location always does a great job for all my vehicles I've brought in. One of few stores in Las Cruces that's Military friendly also.
