I was not greeted at my vehicle because they were very busy providing awesome customer service. I was not offered a free alignment check because the store was packed and late. I was offered a credit card application my first day there and they remembered I declined.

I drive 100 miles from Santa Clara, NM to Las Cruces because I trust the work that the technician’s and office staff perform to make my vehicle safe. Always courteous, and professional. They answer my questions and take the time to explain any problems that they discover while servicing my vehicle.

Got a low tire pressure warning and stopped by to get the tires checked. They immediately put air in the tires and found a puncture in one of them. It was a busy Sat. morning and I had a bit of a wait, but they repaired the tire and didn't charge me for the work. I have purchased tires here previously for both of our cars. First rate service. I will be back and will recommend them to others.

Joseph was super helpful as we were choosing our rims, tires, and lift. We loved his energy and friendly attitude, and because of our experience we will be recommending Big-O to all of our friends! The guys also did a fabulous job on the install of the lift and tires.

Dropped in for a tire repair after running over a bolt on the way to dinner. Had me back out on the road in time.
