Big O Tires

We took our car in as the engine light came on. After inspection, the problem was a faulty thermostat that needed to be replaced. Left the car in the morning at 8:00 and got a call by 10:00 that the car was ready for pickup. Picked up the car I the afternoon and once again we got great service. When we got home we noticed there was a black mark on the RF quarter panel that was not there before. Called the store and told them about the black mark and we were told to take the car in and to speak to Kevin. Took the car in the morning and Kevin took care of us. They took the black mark off the car, no questions asked. Joe even gave us a free car wash ticket. Great Customer service as always on our three vehicles. Kevin, Joe, and Joseph always give us good service and are very helpful.

My go to place... Always a good value, and the staff is very efficient in completing work. They care about the customers time, and don't screw around...

I had a confirmed appt but they had no record of it when I arrived. I showed the email confirmation to Joe and he apologized but got me in anyway and quickly finished the service. There is a problem with your online system. Otherwise, great service.

Came in for a tire rotation and balance and one of the tech's said they noticed a bit of camber in my front end. Joseph Miele offered to do an alignment check for free. They discovered my alignment was way out and handled the issue very quickly wow! Communicating every step of the way. Super grateful for this location.

Customer service is always friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean and water bottles and/or coffee are always available. My car needs have always been addressed correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks for your service!

Good people and timely service

I had a flat tire that unfortunately was not repairable. You did not have the same size tire in stock and neither did the El Paseo store. I did not want to wait until Tuesday for the same tire to be ordered and shipped. Joseph offered a similar sized tire and I said that would be okay if you replaced both rear tires. Joseph called a Big O store in El Paso and they had a different model tire, but it was the exact same size. It was delivered quickly and I was taken care of the same day.

This visit was the first step in getting a 2004 Lexus LS 430 back into operation. As a first step, the services I requested were to make the car safe for daily operation. All of the services I scheduled were completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Joseph is awesome and really cares about the service.

Joseph Miele and the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The staff is efficient. Our tire with a nail in it was diagnosed and in less than an hour and a half we got a call that the two new tires were on the car and that we could come and pick it up!

Joseph was quick to help, and had my purchase set up and the installation took place while i walked down the street and ate. It was greatly appreciated.

My car told me I had a low pressure on one of my tires. Upon examining it, I found a large nail slowly releasing air from the tire. On my way home, I stopped in at this store. In speaking with a service person, he came out and looked at my tire, explaining it could not be repaired. We then discussed how I use my car, etc., and determined the most appropriate tire and price. He had to order it, so they overfilled my tire so I could go the couple of miles to my home to wait for their call about returning to install the tire. I returned later in the afternoon, and the whole process took about 20 minutes. I was quite satisfied with the whole process.
