Big O Tires

We took our car in as the engine light came on. After inspection, the problem was a faulty thermostat that needed to be replaced. Left the car in the morning at 8:00 and got a call by 10:00 that the car was ready for pickup. Picked up the car I the afternoon and once again we got great service. When we got home we noticed there was a black mark on the RF quarter panel that was not there before. Called the store and told them about the black mark and we were told to take the car in and to speak to Kevin. Took the car in the morning and Kevin took care of us. They took the black mark off the car, no questions asked. Joe even gave us a free car wash ticket. Great Customer service as always on our three vehicles. Kevin, Joe, and Joseph always give us good service and are very helpful.

I have a 34’ Motorhome and I was concerned with the maneuverability. There was plenty of room and every thing went safe and smooth.

This location is always squared away, friendly and efficient. That said, Joe is an EXCEPTIONAL customer service associate. I have been in customer service my whole life and have never seen someone so composed, friendly and professional under the volume and pressure that this busy store yields. People can be frustrated, impatient and ignorant of the issues with their cars and be in a poor mood when requesting service. No matter what, Joe is calm, patient and professional when dealing with each of them; one after the other in often long lines with intermittent phone calls (which I know is EXTREMELY difficult). I am truly impressed. Joe assured me they would honor the warranty on work performed at another Big O store and take care of my other needs in a well estimated time. All the associates have been great there and I am a loyal customer for life!

I had a flat tire that unfortunately was not repairable. You did not have the same size tire in stock and neither did the El Paseo store. I did not want to wait until Tuesday for the same tire to be ordered and shipped. Joseph offered a similar sized tire and I said that would be okay if you replaced both rear tires. Joseph called a Big O store in El Paso and they had a different model tire, but it was the exact same size. It was delivered quickly and I was taken care of the same day.

All employee were very courteous and kind! They all went out of their way to insure that we got too quality service! Will definitely keep doing business with BigO tires again. Thank you for your prompt and courtesy!
