The people at Big O are very friendly, know their job, do it well. I have all my service done at Big O from oil changes to new tires. I just had the oil changed and now I need to make an appointment to get the front end aligned. They checked my car over and I was told i need the front end aligned, thanks to the guys i would never have noticed I needed it. They all do excellent work.

Went in driving on a spare with a blown tire in my trunk, left only 30 minutes later with a new tire. Painless and easy process.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door with friendliness and smiles. The CS rep listened to our need, gave us a detailed explanation as to how they would handle our request. Everything worked out as we were told. We were also graciously thanked for coming into Big O. Wow! We very much appreciate this type of service.

Niki, was very helpful trying to find the parts for my vehicle. Also let me know that the wrong parts were ordered and got the right ones in. Didn't take to long to get it done. Plus they let me know the amount of hours it should be and shouldn't go over the allocated time.

Making the appointment was fine. SearchIng for the right tires took some time, service was fast and finish in no time, but Just-In-Time.

Customer care is always friendly. I was able to get all the services I needed in one visit. Prices are comparable. The waiting area is clean and supplied with coffee and water. The only thing I was bummed about was that I received an email with a $15 discount on a oil change after I had left the store. I wish the associate would have offered this to me. Thank you!

Great customer service and knowledge of what was done on my car. It was under warranty, so that was the best part, no charge!

The service was great. I came in because the check engine light and the air pressure warning both came on in my car. They checked the engine code for me, did some minor fix before changing the oil, fixed the tires (one had a nail in it,) and had me out with everything fixed in an hour and 45 minutes. These people always help when I’m in a fix. They’re fantastic!
