Niki Gomez was so helpful in navigating the GSA vehicle system so that I could get in and out same day. She cut through the BS and it was a thing of beauty! Give this woman a raise ASAP!

The people at Big O are very friendly, know their job, do it well. I have all my service done at Big O from oil changes to new tires. I just had the oil changed and now I need to make an appointment to get the front end aligned. They checked my car over and I was told i need the front end aligned, thanks to the guys i would never have noticed I needed it. They all do excellent work.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door with friendliness and smiles. The CS rep listened to our need, gave us a detailed explanation as to how they would handle our request. Everything worked out as we were told. We were also graciously thanked for coming into Big O. Wow! We very much appreciate this type of service.

Niki, was very helpful trying to find the parts for my vehicle. Also let me know that the wrong parts were ordered and got the right ones in. Didn't take to long to get it done. Plus they let me know the amount of hours it should be and shouldn't go over the allocated time.

Customer care is always friendly. I was able to get all the services I needed in one visit. Prices are comparable. The waiting area is clean and supplied with coffee and water. The only thing I was bummed about was that I received an email with a $15 discount on a oil change after I had left the store. I wish the associate would have offered this to me. Thank you!
