Big O Tires

Upon my arrival everybody was busy, but once I walked in and waited till the next available person, I was taken care of and was out within about 35 minutes. Very satisfied.

The service was great. I came in because the check engine light and the air pressure warning both came on in my car. They checked the engine code for me, did some minor fix before changing the oil, fixed the tires (one had a nail in it,) and had me out with everything fixed in an hour and 45 minutes. These people always help when I’m in a fix. They’re fantastic!

The manager was very helpful & checked my record see the history on my car and what I need to do next. Joel also knows me in person & has helped me numerous times

We had a house call by store owner Bart who replaced our car battery in our garage! We paid via phone by credit card. It was awesome customer service and very timely!!
