I have being coming to Big O Tires for a while I fell in love with BigOTired when I met Nicky she is awesome person the way she approached customers with a big smile and also the way she make you feel and explain the problem I just make sure she is in the store before I go there

Niki gomez had answered my call and i explained to her the situation and she was so helpful and guided me to the right tires and what would be best for my vehicle. When i arrived everyone was so nice to me. Yes it did take about 3 hours to finish but it was a great experience

Customer care is always a priority at this location. They keep me informed of progress, are honest about the pricing, and take good care of my auto needs. I also like the free water/coffee and sometimes doughnuts or snacks. They keep their facility clean for the public.
