Exceeded my expectations

Employees are always friendly and courteous. They made an effort to make me comfortable while I waited. Because of the unplanned nature of my problem, I could not make an appointment ahead of time. The told me I would have a fairly long wait period because they were really busy, but they were finished sooner than they thought. I had a tire that was losing air. They mended it and did not charge me.

This is the 3rd time I have visited this location to have a flat repaired. They did not charge me on any of the 3 visits. That's was you call customer service!

Staff is courteous and informative. The location is clean. The service is great. The techs are careful to follow protocol. They offer coffee in the morning and water throughout the day. there are several little spots to hang out and wait for the service to be completed. I have been going to them for years and they have always treated me well. thank you!
