Very friendly and helpful

I dropped off my car at 8:00am they text me that I probably needed an air filter replaced. I told them that if that was for sure because they had just changed it the time before that. Or that maybe they didn't change it. The man said let me look it up. He look it up and said it had been replaced the last time.
