Very friendly staff that provided quality service.

I arrived at Big O Tires right at 7:00am. They waited on me right away and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before they were done rotating my tires. They did a great job!

Yes, I have felt like it was a guessing game to figure out what was going on with my car as far as the check engine light coming on but everything that was done was covered under warranty. It finally appears to have been resolved. I personally would not take my car to anyone else, especially with my neighbor working there. Luis has been great. In fact, everyone that I have dealt with at this location has been great.
