I did not make an appointment. I called to see if there was any chance of getting an oil change that day. I talked to Joe and he told me to bring it in if I didn’t mind leaving it for most of the day. He was very professional and helpful and he called me when my truck was ready. He has great customer service skills and the price was much cheaper than where I used to go. Also when I called them to schedule an oil change they told me they couldn’t get me in for about a week. So I’ll be going to Big O from now on. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I have been going to this location for years, mostly for for the time my front tire was deflating a lot. This recent visit went extremely well, the staff there are always friendly, and they offered me a ride home considering the wait would be a while. Like I said I've been going for years and it's such a great place
