Big O Tires

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent. 4 days after that we were visiting Ruidoso and I ran over something in the road. My tire popped so we visited the Ruidoso store. They were helpful and tried to see if my tire was under warranty and called the Las Cruces store where we do business at. They recognized my name and asked the Rudidos store to help me. They didn't have my tire size but did call around town to find me one! Thanks for all kindness and help. I will definitely recommend Big O!!

Danny is very helpful. Gave me the information on the tires and the price. Answered my questions about the copper tiers I was looking for. He knows his tires.

I did not have an appointment and the customer service area was crowded - we had to wait in line. I figured that we would be there for a couple hours, at least. Instead they had me serviced rather quickly - maybe 1/2 hour. Great Job.

Called and Jo took my appointment. Arrived and Jo checked me in. Provided everything I needed to know. Very helpful land service was done faster than I expected. I’m from out of State. When I come back(often) I will ask for Jo for future service. Thank you Big O team

The service attendant was very helpful. I thought I was going in for a flat repair but he was very upfront and honest, showed me how the thrown nail was too close to my sidewall and couldn't repair. He had me fixed up with a new tire and out the door. As far as the girl at the front desk, she was inattentive, was not even at the counter for 5-10 minutes of waiting...behind other customers. Question 4 above doesn't say what the number choices are scaled at: I picked the 5s hoping that was the choice for the best score.

I’ve had problems with other tire shops not ordering the correct items for me. Big O got the order correct on the first try, kept in touch throughout the ordering process & made pick up and install quick and easy.

I visited from out of state. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick, helping me to get back on the road much faster than I expected. If I lived in Las Cruces, I would make this store my go to.

The staff at the white sage store are always professional knowledgeable funny and fast You will find no better service or reliability.

We were on our way from Phoenix to Vctoria, Texas to help with hurricane clean up. We blew out 2 trailer tires before Las Cruces. We stopped at the store on White Sage to replace all four; Danny didn't have all of what we needed. He was super efficient and kind and located another store that had them.... as we rushed out the door, we heard him still on the phone- 'they really need help, wait on them, don't close, they are on the way' A huge thank you to Danny for being a great help!!! From the time I called to make my appointment, to my visit I was impressed with the Friendliness and efficiency of the Personnel. This Big O Tire is closer to where I live and it's truly a blessing to have then closer. I was met by Joseph and he truly made me feel welcomed, He came and explained what was going on with the service and I was made to feel as a truly welcomed customer. Yes I will truly be back for service to my car. The shop is very clean and the whole area is welcoming and inviting.

Joe was AWESOME! I had an unrepairable flat on an old tire. So I needed 4 new tires, and I knew what I wanted. To get my business, Joe got the tires I wanted from El Paso the next day, and had them mounted and balanced by day’s end, and I had to leave town the following morning (in this car). Joe was a lifesaver. I can’t sing his praises any higher!!!

We were on a road trip from Austin Texas to Tucson Arizona just passing El Paso when our steering wheel started to shake and pull to the right; Scared and desperate to find help, we called around every auto place we could think of along the way but because it was almost 5pm most said they were about to close and wouldn't be able to help us until the next day. When we called Joseph at Big O Tires in Las Cruces NM, he told us to come on in and he would take care of it and get it all fixed up and us safely back on the road. The service was absolutely superb, Joseph immediately noticed that we needed a new tire because one had been torn up by something we had driven over along the way, so he replaced the one bad tire and did the rotation and balance for free and this is all after coming in less than an hour before they were supposed to close. I cannot thank Joseph and his crew at Big O Tires Las Cruces enough, they were beyond excellent and I highly recommend them for any and all auto servicing and repair needs you might have! Absolutely five star service, hands down the best and most speedy service ever received at an auto shop. Thank you so much again!

Danny Trujillo was exceptionally nice and very professional and precise

This is simply the best store in Las Cruces. Not the best tire store, the best store of all stores. I have never had such a positive experience with any store and their personnel. The staff are consistently helpful, prompt, warm and pleasant. I never mind going to them as I know I will be treated well.

I was a walk in and it was a bit busy, but the associate Danny was able to get me in right away. The total time was a bit over an hour. Love this Big O store.

Bart and his team run a first class operation! They have never disappointed. In fact, we have decided to take our cars to 'Big O' rather than taking them to the dealers. All of the staff "get it" regarding customer service and customer first. We are lucky to have them here. Kudos to Erin!
